TE KUITI DEBATING SOCIETY.

The usual sitting of the Parlimentary Union under the auspices of the vT& Kuiti Debating Society was held •toThursday evening. There was a JBtfa attendance and an interesting discussion on the final clauses of the Prime Minister's Industrial Shares Bill were dealt with, the speakers being Messrs Howarth, Young, Langston, Turner and Trinnear. In connection with the proposed visit of a team from the Taumarunui Debating Society a sub-commit-tee consisting of Messrs Hardy, Trinnear and Steel was appointed to arrange details.
