WILL BE PASSED. ' By Telegraph— Press Association.—Copyrlgnt London, Thursday. In the House of Commons to-day Mr Asquith, in moving allocation of the time limits for Home Rule, said that the Government proposed to give fifty sittings to the committee stage. There was no foundation for the charge that the Government was gagging the House, but they were determined to pass the bill this session. The Government was considering whether the Ulster Day speeches were a breach of the Privy Councilor's oath.
