ULSTER'S DETERMINATION.

NOT MERE BLUFF. By Telegraph— Press Association.—Copyright Received September 25, 10.45 a.m. Ottawa, Tuesday. At Winnipeg at a banquet, Mr Walter Long said the United Kingdom was approaching the gravest crisis in its history. The Ulstermen were ready to sacrifice their lives rather than accept Home Rule. This was not mere bluff, despite the Radical pretensions. What was really bluff was the reported intention of the Government to remove Sir Edward Carson from the Privy Council, because of his advice to Ulster men to fight against Home Rule.
