MRS JACK JOHNSON SHOOTS HERSELF.

By Telegraph.—Press Association.— Copyright Chicago, Thursday. Jack Johnson's wife shot herself with a revolver yesterday. She was taken to the hospital, where she died a few hours after admission.

She prayed before shooting herself to her two coloured maids, asking them to have mercy on her in her loneliness.

Johnson says that the woman was suffering from a norvous attack.
