SOCCER. TE KUITJ. v. MANGAPEHI. A match was played between the above teams on Saturday last at Mangapehi, resulting in a draw, there being no score registered. The play was very fast and full of incident, and the spectators on the line were treated to a very exciting game. Since Mangapehi is only a newly formed club, and this is their first attempt at Soccer as a club, they deserve to be congratulated on the fine game they put up. Mangapehi will probably visit Te Kuiti next Saturday for the return match, and if they do, a good game may be fully looked forward to.
