Messrs Dalgety and Co., report:— On 20th inst. we held our annual horse fair when we had a small yarding for which good prices were realised. Good young draughts were in good demand, and we were successful in clearing all the line. Unbroken 2 to 3 year geldings £l2 15s to £26 fillies £l2 10s to £l3 15s, draught foals £9 5s to £l4, draught horses up to 5 years £37 to £42, 6 to 7 years £25 10s to £35, older horses £lB 10s to £3O, good hacks 4 to 5 years £l7 to £25, buggy horses £l3 to £l9, lighter sorts £8 to £l2 10s, squibs £2 17s 6d to £5.
