SALEYARDS FOR ARIA.
SITE APPLIED FOR.
At the conclusion of the meeting in connection with the proposed Waitewhena railway -at Aria, on Friday last, Mr A. Keighley called upon those present to consider the advisability of procuring a site for the erection of saleyards at Aria. After considerable discussion the secretary was instructed to apply to the Taranaki Land Board for a portion of-aection 4, block 99, Totoro survey district. This site is an ideal one for the purpose, and the erection of saleyards would prove a boon to this fast developing district.
