l!y Tolecranh..—Press Association.—Oopyrißht Sydney, Friday. The Perry v. Willis action, arising from the scene in the Assembly leading to the Speaker ordering Mr Perry to be brought back to the Chamber is settled. Plaintiff claimed £IOOO damage aaginst Speaker Willis and the Sergeant-at-Arms. Counßel announced that, having previously won on a demurrer before the Full Court, it was undesirable to recover money from the Government in respect to the alleged assault.
