RUSSIA'S NAVY-MAKING.
A FEAR OF SWEDEN. By Telegraph.— I'rcßs Association. —Oopyrls'H St. Petersburg, Thursday. M Sazanoff, Minister for Foreign Affairs, before the Budget Committee urged the necessity of the vote for £50,000,000 for the creation of a strong Baltic fleet. He alluded to signs of growing Swedish animosity towards Russiu, and the eventuality of a Swedish attack; and also said that Russia must consider the possibility of coalition of the powers against her.
