DISSATISFIED MARINERS.
A THREAT TO STRIKE. By Telegraph- I'ress Association.—Oopjrlgllt Received June 7, 9 p.m. Sydney, Friday. The Seamen's Union ia dissatisfied at the Government's failure to make the promised amendments in the Navigation Act. A delegate speaking at the Labour Council said unless the union got what it wanted it would put up the best fipht ever known. The captains and officers of coastal vessels are also dissatisfied, and threaten to leave the chips unless the n cent award of the Federal Arbitration Court providing overtime payment is observed.
