REPORT OF COMMISSION. The report of the commission which recently sat at To Kuiti to enquire into the taking of a piece of land by the Borough Council as a sanitary reprove is now to hand. The com Hussion recommends the taking of the land hy the borough under certain condition;* a? to tlx disposal of sanitary matter. In view of the fact that the water supply used by Te Kumi natives will be in danger of being injuriously affected by the establishment of the depot, provision is to be made for (he natives by the Borough Council for a water supply. This can be done by means of wells.
