BOROUGH OP TE KUITI. ELECTION OP COUNCILLOR. Ladies and gentlemen,—i beg to offer myself aa a Candidate for the office of Councillor rendered vacant by Mr E. H. Hardy being elevated to Mayor of this Borough. I will, if elected, use my beet effortß to bring about better roads, especially in the main streetß at the crossings* and other improvements that, to my mind, require attention.
