TE KUITI SPORTS CLUB.
- ♦- — - - A committee meeting of the above club was held in the Chronicle office on Monday evening laßt. Financial matters were gone into and it wbb found that after wiping off last year's deficit and .paying all accounts for this year's meeting, there would be a small shortage, but as there are several sums of money still due to the club, it is anticipated that when all these amounts are collected the club will be able to start next year's meeting with a clean sheet. It was resolved that the secretary be instructed to write to Mrs Quirk and Miss Clifford thanking them for their assistance at the social on sports night. It was also decided that Mr F. J. Mayne, of Aria, be written to thanking him for his kindness in driving the committee to and from the sports ground. The next meeting of the committee will be held on Monday, April 16th, at 7.30 p.m.
