BOWLS.
The local green is in fine playing order at present and bowlers are in consequence showing excellent form. The club games are progressing well, a gratifying feature of the season being the form shown by the younger players. The trip that had been arranged for Hamilton on St. Patrick's Day unfortunately fell through, but bowlers in both centres are looking for a meeting before the season closes.
