A BOISTEROUS MEETING. [BY TELEURAPII.—I'RKSS ASSOCIATION.] Auckland, Thiß Day. Mr Payne held a meeting at Kingsland last night in the Jubilee Hall. The building was packed and while they lasted proceedings were animated and boisterous. Twenty minutes after beginning the meeting was suddenly terminated by the chairman. After answering several questions, more or loss personal, Mr Payne announced that the people could all go out and the crowd became hostile. There was some display of ill will aB Mr Payne and his companions left the hall, but no interference.
