[]lY TKLKURAI'II. —J'RKSS ASSOCIATION.] Wellington, This Day. A start was made yesterday with ' the new Parliamentary Buildings. The Minister of Public Works notified the City Council yesterday of the Government's intention to close portions of two streets in accordance with the plan to make a big compact block for the new building.
