A GERMAN ARRESTED,

A German named Moder, who is a naturalised Englishman, has been arrested for espionage at Chris! iania, aboard the Fox Hound, in which vessel he had served for eight months. Ho was discovered making notes in cipher, and was conveyed in irons to Chatham.
