LICENSING PROSECUTIONS.
TECHNICAL BREACHES.
At the Maigstrate's Court on Thursday, before '.Mr F. O'B. Loughnan. S.M., three cases of bringing liquor into the King Country, a proclaimed area, were brought by the police, ami linos of from 5s to 20s ami costs were inflicted.
Twelve charges were preferred against hotelkecpers and merchants for technical breaches of the Act. His Worship imposed lines varying from Is to 20s and costs.
