THE SECOND BALLOT.
The following telegram has been received from the Prime Minister by Mr W. T. Jennings, M.P., regarding the second ballot:—As enquiries have been made to me as to what the position is regarding the second ballot during the forthcoming election, I desire to state for your information that; under the amended law only one second ballot will be held, and it will take place seven days after the e]ecil()n.
