The Public Work Department, Wellington, by advertisement, notify the fact that by a proclamation published in the Mew Zealand Gazette, the following land has been taken for the purposes of a road, two acres ten perches, being portion of Pukenui 2d, No. 3, block 4, Otanake survey district. Messrs Green and Colebrook's drapery department will be giving a grand display of the new season's spring and summer goods and the store will be open for inspection of the various articles on Thursday afternoon and evening.
