i A committtee meeting of the above club was held in the secretary's office I last evening. Mr N. B. Lusk in the ; chair. Present—Messrs Lusk. Coch- ! rane, Snadden. Matthew and the see- ! retary. Inward correspondence was j received as read. ! It was resolved that the matter of appuinting a starter be left in abeyance for the time being. Mr R. B. Lusk was appointed judge and thanked for the offer he had made to the c üb. Plans of a grandstand, totalisator and other buildings were submitted by Mr Forsyth, architect, and were discussed at length. Resolved that Mr Forsyth be authorised to call tenders for the above buildings. Accounts as read were passed for payment. It was resolved that the next committee meeting be held in the secretary's office on Friday, November 3rd at 7.30 p.m.
