HON. BUDDO'S REPLY. [nv tki.k<;raph.—prkss association.] Wellington, This Day Replying to a deputation from the Kaikoura Racing Club Hon. Mr 'Buddo stated that the Racing Commisson's report was in conformity with the provisions of the Act, and that for one year it must be given effect to. By the end of that time they would know the amount of interest in the districts which had been deprived of the totalisator permit, and after that date the position might be reviewed.
