Hudson and Co.'s biscuit factory had a narrow esc&pe from destruction by fire last night, the fire brigade doing good work, and confining the outbreak to a small area. The damage is estimated at £IOOO to £I2OO. The section affected was insured for about £6OO, mostly with the Royal Exchange Fire Insurance Company
