OLD TE KUITI.
To The Editor. Sir, —To those of your readers who take an interest in the present progress and future prosperity. of Te Kuiti, the article contributed under the above title by "J.W.E." must have been read with very great, interest;- and I cannot help thinking that if you can persuade the author to contribute a few more such articles from such a well informed and reliable source as the well-knwon initials reveal the author to be, they 'would not only be highly appreciated by your readers, but would be well worthy of being preserved in a more permanent form than an ordinary newspaper article. Such a record would certainly be -valuable for preservation for the information of future generations. If you can accomplish this, lam sure both the author and yourself will be Assured of the appreciation of, every well-wisher of, our rising town and district. —I am, etc., JAMES BODDI^.
