IMPORTANT LAND SALE.
On Thursday. 15th inst, at the Mart, Taupiri street, Mr J. R. Graham will offer about 40 sections in the Borough, all choice business and residential sections, comprising that block on part of which are the premises occupied by Mr Albretchsen, butcher. The premises adjoining, now being used as a laundry will also be offered. The balance of sections on main street are adjoining the Rink, as also sections on Taupiri and Alexandria street. These are all Maori Land Board or Borough leases, for 21 years, with renewal and compensation clauses. The rents are low, running from 5s per annum per section, and the positions are either as business or residential sites. Without any doubt they are the best in the market. The continued and solid progress of the Borough makes the sale a matter well worthy of the attention of far-seeing investors business men, or homemakers. Full particulars and plans obtainable from the auctioneer. Also at the same time and place, that very desirable freehold section of fifteen acres, now owned and occupied by Mr J. Brennan, will be submitted. This is one of the few freeholds left. It is high and dry, permitting a splendid view, and situated on a good road near post-office school and railway, and altogether ideal as a site for a gentleman's residence. Mr Graham will be pleased to show prospective buyers the section.
