The weather is perfect, and there is a large attendance. The track is in good order. Results: —- Borough Handicap: Favnua 1, Mon Ami 2, Tumut 3. All started; won by a length; time, 1.15 l-sth. Wanganui Steeplechase: Corozon 1, Edorado 2, Mt. Cook 3. All started; Corona lost rider, and Winchester fell half a mile from home, when racing with the leaders. Grand race; won by half a length; time, 6.3.
