EASTER AT HOME.

HOLIDAY AND TRAGEDY. By Telegraph— Press Association.—Copyright Received April 18th, 11.30 p.m. London, Last Night. To-day was a bright, dry holiday. Thousands watched the aeroplanes at Hendon and elsewhere. In the presence of twenty thousand at Brooklands, the clutch -of Wilkinson's car, travelling at ninety miles an hour, jammed, and he was unable to stop at the winning post. The car jumped forty feet, cutting the iron palings. Wilkinson's condition is critical. Three Newcastle boys staying at Witley Bay, were overtaken by the tide and drowned in the presence of a great crowd. A van dashed into a party of holi-day-makers in the high street, Harlesdon, killing two, and injuring several.
