A two storied wooden building occupied by Denton, photographer; the Licensed Victuallers Association; Lyne, draper; and two batchelors, was badly gutted by fire last night. The building was owned by Mr Burton, and insured for £'lso with the New Zealand Insurance office, Denton was insured for £135 in the Standard office. The origin of the lire in unknown.
