PERSIAN MINISTER SHOT.
By Telegraph.—Press Association.—Copyriglit Received February 7, 9.30 p.m. Teheran, Yesterday. The Minister of Finance is dead from wounds made by Mauser pistols. The murderers are Russian subjects and were captured. There is considerable indignation at the Russian Legation, demanding their surrender, also at the refusal of the Russian Consulate to surrender the murderers.
