LABOUR CONFERENCE.
LAND NATIONALISATION REJECTED. By Telegraph.—Press Association.—Copyrisiit Received February 4, 9.5 a.m. Sydney, This Day. The Labour Congress rejected a motion in favour of making land nationalisation a second plank of their platform. They also carried a resolution asking that any Government servant contesting any election, shall not lose his position in the service, but be allowed time off at his own expense.
