Received February 4, 9.5 a.m. Sydney, This Day; Mr Fisher is not prepared to say whether Australia should follow New Zealand's example in erecting an arch along the Coronation routes. Several schemes were already under consideration for the advertising of Australia at the Coronation festivities. (Sir W. Hall-Jones, High Commissioner for New Zealand, announced on Thursday that the Dominion is prepared to contribute £IOOO sterling towards a triumphal arch at the Coronation.)
