By Telu.sraiili.—Press Association.—Copyright Received February 3, 8.45 p.m. London, Yesterday. 1 The Baltic Exchange udner the auspices of the Imperial Maritime League, appealed to Parliament to reject the Naval Prize Bili and demanded a complete repudiation of the declarations. Mr Bowles, an ex-member of the House of Commons, contended that Earl Grey was misled and was trusting mainly to underlings, without consulting neither seamen or lawyers who were familiar with international law.
