WAIHI GOLD MINES.

The Auckland Stock Exchange yesterday discussed a motion that the directors of the Waihi Gold Mining Company be written to pointing out that reports from officials cf the company have not been borne cut by reports of the mine manager. Several members remarked that the reports were known in London before they were known here. Mr Tapper suggested a meeting of shareholders be called to consider the matter. The discussion was adjourned till to-day.
