LABOUR'S CONFERENCE.

RECORD ATTENDANCE. By Telegninli.— L'res- Association.---CopyrigHt Received February 1, 9.53 a.m. London, Yesterday. The Labour Party Conference at Leicester was attended by a record number of delegates, representing 1,850,000 members of Unions, as against 1,450,000 last year. It is expected the Executive will submit an amendment to the Constitution, dispensing with the pledge, and if carried it will be regarded as disloyal for members to associate themselves with other political parties as now. The desire is to place the party on the same footing as the Liberals and Tories.
