The principal events are the Te Kuiti Cup, of £4O, and Rohe Potae Stakes, of £25. Excellent acceptances have been received for all events, and a really good day's sport is anticipated. As Te Kuiti Racing Club's prospects of obtaining a totalisator permit must depend to a large extent on the result of the forthcoming meeting, it is hoped that the residents of Te Kuiti and the district will turn out in full force and make the meeting an unqualified success. Special train arrangements have been made for the convenience of visitors and these are advertised in another column.
