Tho National Provident Fund Board, the chairman of which is the Minister of Finance, lias been established by the appointment of Dr Hay, InspectorGeneral of Asylums, Mr Poynton Secretary to the Treasury, F. Camphell, Land and Income Tax Commissioner, R. K. Hayes Superintendent of the Fund. The definite date for commencing business will be annouueed in the next few weeks.
