In the Senate the Federal Territory Dill passed through all stages, the Oppositionists protesting feebly. In the House of Representatives Mr Hughes moved the second reading of the Anti-Trust Act Amendment Bill, designe-1 to remove the necessity for proving intent to restrain trades.
