l!y lV!f.sr;M'li.--l : i-t>:-'- On.vi ight Received November 1, 10.40 p.m. Berlin, Yesterday. Patrols, each thirty strong, and armed with carbines, arc stationed in the disturbed district. The police announce that if rioting is renewed satires will prove unavailable. The patrol will lie down and every third man will fire at the legs of the mob. If the rioters still do not flee the remainder of the patrol will fire. A special editipn of the"Voervverts," circulating in the disturbed districts, urges workmen and workmen's wives not to partake in the rioting, or go on the streets out of curiosity.
