The proposed security is a Special Rate of Two Pence Farthing (2%d) in the £ on the capital value of all rateable properties in Te Kuiti Borough, covering interest and sinking fund, payable in seventy-three equal half-yearly instalments, the term of the proposed loan being 36% years.
