Cheese and Butter Factory.
To the Editor. Sir,—l notice in the last issue of your paper a local in reference to asking one or two dairy experts to address a meeting of local business men on cheese and butter-making. Now, sir, Mr West, of Aria, told me his father, who is manager of the Dalefield Cheese Factory in the Wairarapa, would be in Te Kuiti in June and I thought it would be a splendid opportunity of getting him to address a meeting of the business people. I might mention that he is considered one of the ablest factory managers in the Dominion, and is the holders of several valuable trophies for cheese making the last one being a 25-guinea cup. I would suggest the'night before sale day, July 6th, would be a very good time for the meeting.—l-am, etc., OWNER OF 20 COWS.
