On Friday last I held an unreserved sale of furniture on account of Mr W. Hayter. There was a fair attendance and prices, with a few exceptions, were fairly satisfactory,
On my usual mart sale atsraeteeta moderate attendance. White Leghorn pullets made 2s 3d, cockerels Is 8d to 2s 2d, bacon 6d to 7d per lb, plums 2s 6d to 2s 9d, peaches 3s 9d to ss, water melons 2s 3d to 4s 6d, rock melons 4s 6d, chaff 4s.
