Resident Correspondent. Bridge and Euchre Tournament. This tournament on Wednesday evening was most successful. There was a big crowd present an keen interest was manifested in the competitions. The results wire: Euchre: Mrs Molavey 13 games; Mr Jones 14 games. Bridge: Miss B. McGovern and Mr J. McGovern were the respective winners of the ladies and gentlemen's games. The committee worked bard to ensure success and we are pleased to say that the affair was a financial success. Special mention may be made of Misses McGovern, Mitchell and Collins. who worked very hard to make the event an enjoyable one to alt. A Satisfactory Conclusion. As a result of the production of the "Hasty Conclusion" play the credit balance £ll 10s 2d will be a once devotted to procuring scenerf, etc.. for the Town Hall.
