J *' ing of the Waitomo County Coun- I ril will be held in Mr Ernest Kerr's ' Commercial Room at To Kuiti on r MONDAY, the 20th September. 1909, \ for the purpose of confirming or other- j wise a Resolution adopted at a meet- i ing of the Council held on the 16th day of August, 1909, as follows: — "That a general rate under the provisions of Section 117, of the Counties Act, 1098, and the Rating Act, 1908, on the basis of the Capital Value of ONE PENNY in the Pound over the Te Kuiti Riding; ONE HALF PENNY in the Pound over the Waitomo and Te Rau-a-moa Ridings; and ONE FARTHING in the Pound over the Otorohanga. Hangatiki, Mairoa, Paemako and Aria Ridings. Such Rate to be for the year ending 31st March 1910, and be payable to the Collector in one sum on the 30th October, 1909 at the County Office, where the Rate Book may be inspected during office hours.
