Mr Hine, solicitor to the Otorohanga Saley&rds Company, waited on the meeting and explained the several little technical matters to be gone into prior to the Rotation of the Company, the total capital of which is 100 shares at £5 each. Eighty-five shares have already been taken up. This is extremly satisfactory to all concerned, especially as shnrrs have only been canvassed for during the past week, and also owing to the fact that no person can hold more than one share. It was remarked that if la-d agents could only sell Innd as fast as the secretary could sell shares, things would indeed he booming in the King Country.
