TE AWAMUTU POLICE COURT.

Monday. August 15, 1909.

Before Mr J. B. Teasdate, J.P.,

Te Awamutu Correspondent. A man named Bernard was charged with attempting to commit an indecent assault on at little girl aged 9 years. The alleged offence was said to have taken place on Sunday night about 5 p.m. On the application of Constable Lander a remand was granted till Tuesday next.
