Inspector Bennett of the HeaJtb Department arrived at Te Kuiti yesterday from Taumarunui and preceded by the afternoon train to Mangapehi. During his tour of the district Inspector Bennett has been delivering addressed mi sanitation. A feature of the address is an original paper on Mosaic law in relation to modern sanitation. The paper, the production of which necessitated a considerable amount of research, explains the health laws of the ancient Hebrews, and shows that the measures adoped in ancient Judea for the conservation of the public health »nd physical well being, were more drastic than are the provisions of our own Health Department. Tbote desirous of bearing the address can rest assured of passing an interesing ami instructive boar, and of receiving practical information of benefit to all bouaeboidar*.
