The Mayor of Cambridge in an inter* view with the Minister for Education (art week spoke of a petition which it was proposed to per sent to the Government asking for the formation of a road to give a nearer outlet to the settle rs of Taotari Settlement in the dir wet ion of Cambridge. There was no road at present for a distance of about six miles, the Minister said he con aiddered the request a reasonable one, he had no doubt that the DepartmwU do what was required.
