Thursday. June 17th, 1909. Before Mr F. O'B. Loughnan, S.M. —Driving on a Footpath.- — A youth named Munro was fined 5s and costs for driving on the footpath in Seddon Street, Te Kuiti. Judgment went by default in the following undefended cases: — Ormsby (Mr Finlay) v. Willison, £l6 4s 6d and costs £3 lis. Rouse (Mr Finlay) v, Wera, £8 and costs £1 8s 6d. Stevens (Mr Hine) v. Nikora 3s lid and costs 18s. Matthew v. Scott, £1 15s and costs ss. Taringamuu Sawmill Co., v. Jensen Bros., £125 15s 6d and cost £7 14s.
