Doctor Fullerton who has been for some time located at Northern Wairoa recently paid a visit to the King Country*, and, being favourably impressed with the prospects of the district, has decided to start practicing his profession at Te Kuiti. Dr Fullerton will arrive in the district during the week. An Address on "Mission Work in India," illustrated by Lantern Views will be given in the Congregational Church on Friday next ißth inst at 7. 30PM (Slides illustrating Orphans, Village life. Temples and Priests) byMr W. J. Wark. Seats free. All welcome. No Collection.

On Thursday the 24th inst at 2.30 P.M. the Bishop will dedicate the New Anglican Church at Otorohanga at which service the two local lay-read-ers will receive their licenses. After this service the ladies will provide afternoon lea in the Hall and a lantern lecture will follow. A Confirmation Service will be held in the Anglican Church at 7.30PM. Those desirous of obtaining suburban residential sites at Te Kuili will shortly be afforded the opportunity of securing splendidly situated sections on Mr ). O'Brien's property on the Mangaorino road. Portion of the property is to be subdivided into acres ranging from I to 8 acres, and full particulars concerning the same will shortly be available.
