TENNIS.

On Saturday last another of the games in connection with the Tc Kuiti Tennis Club tournament was played between Messrs Baker and Carter. At the start Carter showed to roost advantage, and secured the first four games. Thereafter, Baker played up in good style, and showing better form than his opponent, won two games straight out: 6 —4, 6—o. Several other games are to be played off, and competitors are requested to get them off at the earliest possible opportunity.
